I had the great pleasure of recording Kat & The Travelers at one of our first house concerts last year.  The recordings were really quite good especially for a live gig.  We’ve talked about what to do with them and are making plans to releasing them as a 2 cd set.  Kat’s delicious vocals float over the swing jazz guitar work of Doug Hedstrom and exciting bass line from Kelley Chapman.  The trio plays often with drummer Jim Eckard.  Today Kat and Doug stopped by to listen and we enjoyed a few moments outside under the pergola before heading into the studio to review the cuts.
